You can pay your bill online simply by selecting your insurance provider below. You will be directed to their website in order to make your payment. You can also call us at 616.374.1680 and we would be happy to process your payment for you.

For after-hours claim submissions, please call our agency and leave a message or contact your Insurance Company directly, but be sure to have your account number ready.

  • What should I do after an accident or loss?

    For auto accidents:

    1. Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if needed.
    2. Move vehicles to a safe spot if you can.
    3. Exchange contact and insurance information with the other driver.
    4. Take photos of the damage, the scene, and license plates.
    5. Do not admit fault at the scene.
    6. Contact us or your insurance company as soon as you can.

    For home or property damage:

    1. Take steps to prevent more damage if it is safe to do so.
    2. Take clear photos and videos of all damage.
    3. Save receipts for any emergency repairs.
    4. Contact us or your insurance company to report the loss.
  • How do I know which company to pay?

    Look at your insurance ID card or policy documents. Your insurance company’s name will be listed at the top. If you are still not sure, call us, and we will check for you.

  • Can I pay my bill through your agency?

    In many cases, yes. We can often take a payment over the phone and process it with your insurance company. Call 616.374.1680, and we will let you know your options.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Most companies accept credit or debit cards, and many accept electronic checks (ACH) online or by phone. Some also accept checks by mail. Check your carrier’s payment page for exact options or ask us.

  • What if my payment is late?

    Call your insurance company or our office as soon as possible. There may be a grace period, but every company is different. Waiting too long can cause a lapse in coverage, so do not ignore a late notice.

  • I received a cancellation notice. Can I still pay?

    Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on your company and the date on the notice. Contact us right away so we can see if the policy can be reinstated.
